Today, most people in India are talking about mental health after the sad news of Sushant Rajput’s suicide. Which I think is way more important than anything else. 


We are always concerned about our physical health which is good but we never discuss mental health, stress, depression, etc. which I mentioned earlier is much more important than anything else. 


Research says over 264 million are affected by depression in the world and about 800 000 suicidal cases are recorded according to the World Health Organization. India is the most depressed country in the world. Every hour, a farmer commits suicide due to a mental burden.

Sings & Symptoms

  • Anxiety
  • Sudden weight loss or weight gain
  • Ego
  • Insomnia (Sleeplessness)
  • Weariness
  • Isolation
  • Short-temper, etc.

If you are going through any of the above symptoms for a long period you might have some  serious mental disorder.

Dysfunctional behavior isn’t something to be hidden where no one will think to look or something to avoid. If not handled early, the condition will in all probability bother with time and posture more prominent danger by acquiring more inconveniences.

If you are already a music lover you must know how music can change your mood. Music therapy significantly uplifts your mood and help you overcome depression and improve mental health. It is suggested to listen to a piece of music that calm your depressed brain nerves. Music therapy can do wonders for some people who are going through mental disorders.

  • Meditation

Finally, everyday mediation brings tons of mental health benefits such as lowering depression, anxiety, stress, etc. Mindfulness meditation helps the nerves of the brain to relax. There are several other benefits of doing everyday meditation.
